VILLA KAFKALA

Villa Kafkala is set on the outskirts of Peyia Hill in a prime location, just five minutes from the sea. This fourbedroom villa pairs Greek island character with traditional Cypriot stonework, bamboo shading, and weathered stone facades throughout. Sleeping up to eight adults across four ensuite bedrooms, plus an additional guest bathroom, the property is arranged as two independent living units, so guests can enjoy separate, private accommodation within one spacious home.

The main house centers around a master suite with its own ensuite, alongside a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a generous sitting/dining area under a the shade of a bamboo covered pergola. At the other side of this space is the second residence holding three further ensuite bedrooms, wrapped around a Mediterranean garden where three olive trees, each over a hundred and forty years old, have stood for generations. This residence has its own kitchenette and sitting area, along with indoor gardens and ample parking close by.

Outside, a covered bamboo veranda opens onto the downstairs garden, and guests can enjoy alfresco dining under a covered barbecue area, perfect for evenings by the pool. Both units share an infinity pool and hot tubs, with sea views from the property and easy access to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all essential amenities, each just five minutes away, set on one of Peyia’s most prestigious streets.
